Hiring Crew Members (Crew Leader In Training)

Working with Siskiyou Mountain Club

We do the hard work it takes to keep alive over 330-miles of backcountry trails throughout Northwest California and Southwest Oregon. We pride on working in remote environments to complete projects some describe as impossible. We work in a competitive work environment with direct communication and opportunities for growth for committed staff. At SMC, we believe that it’s a privilege to work in the most remote and undeveloped wildlands on the Pacific Coast. We pride on giving everyone the chance to earn a spot at the table and contribute to the organization’s direction and growth.
