Hiring 2021 Field Positions

09 DECEMBER 2020 | ASHLAND, OR. — We are hiring multiple positions for the 2021 season. We have some more details below, but first a little what it’s like to work at Siskiyou Mountain Club. We were born out of a deep respect for hard work that is part of our organization’s DNA

Housing
All of our hourly field staff and interns are eligible to apply for free housing at our Gold Hill facility. The rustic five-bedroom house sits on 72 acres and living there comes with some responsibilities.

Crew Leader
This permanent, 3/4-time position is year-round with more hours in the high season, especially July and August. Crew leaders are responsible for managing crews of staff, interns, and volunteers.

The pay is competitive, includes overtime, and options to participate in a group health insurance and retirement plan. Applicants need leadership experience and must be eager to take on responsibility. Read more here.

Crew Member
This 24-week position is responsible for supporting crew leaders and providing strong assistance with staff, intern, and volunteer trail crews. The ideal candidate will be eager for job growth and interested in longterm employment. Applicants need trail experience. Read more here.

Wilderness Conservation Corps Intern
