Meet Trevor Meyer, Director of Field and Internship Programs

03 APRIL 2020 | MEDFORD, OR — Trevor Meyer joined Siskiyou Mountain Club as a Wilderness Conservations Corps Intern in 2017, came back as a crew leader in 2018, and has been a permanent staff member since 2019. He grew up in the Rogue Valley and completed his bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science from University of Oregon. Meyer has become known for methodically dicing up large trees with a crosscut saw. He has overseen projects from the Marble Mountain Wilderness, to the Sky Lakes, to the Kalmiopsis and the Siskiyou Wilderness Area. He’s managed everything from complete restoration of forgotten trails to the rebuilding of trail bridges.
